SPRING IN CANADA

Life has been pretty hectic lately and for a variety of reasons I have decided to delay uploading this post. I am so sorry for the delay and to make up for it I've thrown together a little lookbook! The lookbook features a few outfits to offer inspiration and help with the process of transitioning your style from winter to spring. This video was initially filmed a couple of weeks ago and since then it is (THANKFULLY) starting to feel a little more like spring. But, if you live in a climate similar to mine then you can relate to the fact that spring doesn't always tend to bring around the warmest of weather.

Below, I also have some photos from the third look featured in the video. The other looks can be found in earlier blog posts posted down below. Trying to get a good photo of this look was next to impossible. It was EXTREMELY windy and freezing the day we tried to shoot this, between my hair blowing in my face and almost freezing to death, the two photos posted below were the best I could come up with. Oh the perks of living on an island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.

I hope you enjoyed the video and be sure to stay tuned as I will be doing some travelling this summer, meaning lots of new and exciting posts will be coming to Blonde Intentions!

PONDSIDE

I figured I could probably use some fresh air, so I decided to get out of my house and venture ALL THE WAY across my street. Pretty wild, I know. But, in all seriousness there is a really nice little pond across the street from my house accompanied with miniature wharfs and this cute little hammock. So, I definitely made the most out of it. It's the little things that count, right?

As mentioned in my previous blogpost, my home town is still in that awkward, in-between, winter, spring phase. You can tell in my photos by the snow on the ground and the sunshine. So, trying to figure out what to wear can pose quite a challenge.

For my outfit I decided to keep it fairly casual, considering I only crossed the street...I wore some riding boots as I thought boots and ponds just make sense together. With my boots I wore my super comfy VSX leggings and my cozy, knit, sweater.
